I am a life-long St Louisan and to answer the question “Which high school I attended?” It was Lindbergh High. I then went to Missouri State University and earned a business degree and an emphasis in finance.  My first job was at Radio Shack and it taught me the importance of customer service and hard work.

After buying my first house, I felt the mortgage process was unnecessarily intimidating and overwhelming. I knew I could provide a better experience for other homebuyers by being proactive and preparing the homeowner for the loan application process.  And so my career began in 1992 helping families achieve the American dream.

During this successful career, I have helped thousands of families with their home financing needs. I try to personalize each loan to fit the individual needs of the person or family. I have been selected as a Five Star Mortgage Professional by St Louis Magazine multiple times throughout multiple years. I have earned the Presidential and Top Producer Awards throughout my career.

My team’s mission statement at First State Bank Mortgage is to treat each client as if they were a friend or family.  They are the reason for us doing what we do.  To work as efficiently and effectively as possible.  Be a team that the customer wants to refer others to each and every time.

I have a lovely wife, Kelly and two daughters, Maggie and Sammie and two cats, Mittens and Snowflake. Also, I am a proud member of the community serving on numerous boards and actively participating in service organizations and my church.
